Once approved for care, all medical care, X Rays, labs, in patient and out patient services are provided FREE from Baptist Health South Florida. Hours are from Wednesday through Friday nine till five at 91555 Overseas Hwy # 2. In our rough economic times, the clinic is providing free care to those patients who qualify. They must be Upper Keys Residents without any type of insurance, show proof of residence with state ID or utilities bill. show proof of income that they fall within 200% of national poverty guidelines.or sign an affidavit.( annual income for a single person could not exceed $21,660 and add an additional $7476 for each additional person in the household) That means that a family of four can make $51,576 and still qualify for FREE medical care.
