Dougie,your afternoon driver, has been in radio since 1998. He attended Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. He did his internship at Super Talk 940 on the Brooke Daniels show and was hired on part time by Clear Channel radio as a board op at WIOD 610 AM for live news in the afternoons 3- 7p. Dougie moved to the keys to get behind the mic., worked at Star 102.1 in Key Largo then part time at Sun 103.1 before moving down to Marathon to be morning show and afternoon drive host at WAVK 105.5.The station in Marathon was sold and Dougie went back part time at Sun 103.1 on the weekends. Dougie has been at Thunder Country 100.3 since Feb of 2006 . Dougie and his cow Jezabelle can be heard Monday â€“ Friday 2PM – 7PM.
In his free time, Dougie enjoys fishing, hunting, drinking beer, and spending time with his dog.
